Twice a year The City of Brampton Sports & Rec Host Brampton Sports Day. An avenue in which local Sports organizations come out and showoff their particular sport. A good way for parents and their kids can try out any of the sports to see which one they would like to try out, and a great way for these sports organizations to receive new registrations. A Win Win all around.
Coldest Night of the Year February 28, 2026
It's that time of the year, 3rd Saturday in February and another Coldest Night of the Year in upon us. Time to gather at Garden Square iin Downtown Brampton, to donate much needed funds and shed awareness on the growing situation of the homeless and people whpo are struggling. The need is increasing especially in these troubled times.
We will be there again, this will be our 10th Coldest Night of the Year.

The U18B Girls, Brampton Canadettes were participating in the Winter Chill Tournament in Carlisle Community Centre this past weekend. They reached the the Semi-finals against Norfolk.HERicanes.

Brampton Honey Badgers Announcement - Name John Ross New Assistant GM
The Brampton Honey Badgers of the CEBL are pleased to announced the hirng of John Ross as the new Assistant GM.
John has spent roughly two decades involved in Basketball. Most recently he was an Assistant Coach with the Western Conference Champions Calgary Surge in 2025.
Primarily John worked for 14 years with the NBA Portland Trail Blazers as a video coordinator, along with some coaching & Scouting duties. Please lets give john a good Brampton Welcome to our fine city, and wish him all the best.
