Argo Transit is an On demand Electric Transit bus the connects to the existing Brampton Transit network. At the moment it only runs in the Downtown area.:
It operates on your mobile using the Argo App.
The app is available on IOS Apple Store and Google Play Store..
Once uploaded, register an account and then you can start ordering rides, and it is really simple to do. If you have ordered Uber rides It's very similar.
There might be other riders because it is a bus, however, you will be dropped off at your location within 15 minutes.
I hope this information was helpful and for me it's a Game Changer and another option. Give it a try and if this becomes popular they may expand the service area and may provide weekend service.
A funny thing happened on the final day of the 2026 Brampton Cup, in the Gold 🥇 Medal matches. A rematch of the most entertaining and thrilling boxing match of 2025. Elijah Aspilla representing Knockout Brampton Boxing 🥊 in the Red corner. And Victor Cheung representing the Pan Am Boxing in the blue 🔵 corner. The results were the same, Elijah captured the 🪙 Gold Medal in a very entertaining match that could have gone either way. A terrific 👍💯 bout.

What in tarnation is...Broomball, when I am galavanting around Brampton to cover events, on some occasions I will poses question about the game of broomball. Would you believe, no one and I mean no one knows what Broomball lor even heard of it. Broomball would you believe is very similar to our Canadian passion of hockey. Broomball is played throughout Canada and parts of the United States.
I used to play it at the school I went to in Chateauguay Quebec, as part of gym class and lunchtime intermural League. Primarily, we played outdoors or indoors if the weather was horrendously atrocious. Lots of fun.
It has governing body and would you believe, even international tournaments of which Team Canada participates.
Like hockey, it has sic players a side, and same positions. It is primarily played on an ice surface on hockey rinks. Instead of skates you wear broomball shoes or boots. instead of hockey sticks, it is replaced with a broom, and instead of a puck, you have a rubber ball. Lots of fun. I remember playing broomball in my old elementary schoo Mary Gardner in Chateauguay Que, at lucnh time and in gym class. I am sure given as opportunity, broomball could catch on here in the Golden Horseshoe
